Warrior Fuel Squat Workout with Alexis Young
|Like it or not, you have to do squats if you are serious about getting strong! Alexis is demonstrating a wide stance squat. Here’s some tips on how to properly perform this exercise:
-Place your legs more than shoulders width apart and toes in the pointed out.-Make sure to look forward at all the times, because looking down can offset balance.
-Maintaining a straight posture and head high up, bend your knees and lower the barbell.
-Keep going down until your calves and upper legs go further than 90 degrees with each other.
*IMPORTANT* make sure the front of your knees never go beyond the level of your toes.”
