Breaking up your arm day into two workouts, to concentrate on each movement. With this weeks arm workouts, lower weight and higher reps.
Warm up your triceps with a rope pull down. Remember to keep proper form to maximize the effectiveness with each movement. Do not let your arms go less then 90 degrees to remain tension on triceps
Last is your burnout set. Grab a bench for incline diamond push ups. 3 sets to failure.
