They're 3 main ingredients.
Protein powder any flavor - 30 grams
Egg whites - 50 ml
Fat free Greek yogurt - 113 grams
Dash of baking powder
Cinnamon optional - 3 grams
Mix all ingredients together, smash all lumps out. Add water to desired consistency if needed. Spray 0 calorie non stick spray. Heat flat grill to medium heat, pour pancake mix to dsired sized. Flip when bubbled like regular pancakes. Top w/desired toppings.
