My passion for fitness began at an early age as an athlete. Through little leagues, collegiate and then into bodybuilding. Competing not only fueled my desire for progressing my knowledge and striving to improving my physique; but also served as a springboard into my various business endeavors within the fitness industry. Warrior Fuel being a blessing of an opportunity for me to build a career providing the world with the highest quality products on the market while helping others reach their goals.
I truly believe that fitness has the power to change and save lives. My ultimate goal with fitness isn't a monetary or fame related one. But rather, I hope to continue expanding my capabilities to reach and influence others. KNEELING CABLE CRUNCHERS:
6 sets (heavy) / 10-15 reps, 3 second squeeze
alternate sets with knees together and knees shoulder width apart

SEATED WEIGHTED CRUNCHES:
